Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for any clothing item within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

  • The item is free from stains, odors, alterations, or any form of damage.

How to Request a Refund

2. Return Authorization

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Ship the Item

Carefully pack the item and send it to the address provided. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as EliteT Studio cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our refund eligibility requirements.

  • You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days after approval.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

At present, all clothing items are eligible for a refund, provided they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
